Call Centre Agent 📍 Work from Home | 🕒 Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm (or 9am - 5.00pm) We are a Telecoms company based in Canary Wharf looking for confident, reliable individuals to join our remote team as Customer Champions. Through us you will support customers from a select number of organisations, focusing on delivering accurate information and excellent customer service. What You’ll Be Doing: Handling inbound calls for enquiries, helping customers find telephone numbers and information Connecting callers to requested numbers quickly and efficiently Updating and maintaining accurate customer records using internal systems Responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional manner Escalating complex cases when required Working collaboratively with an excellent and supportive team based in Docklands Follow-up customer service calls What We’re Looking For: Confident communication skills and a professional phone manner Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently from home A strong team player with a positive attitude Good IT, CRM skills and excellent attention to detail Ability to work efficiently What You’ll Get: Full training and ongoing support Monday–Friday schedule – no weekends 25 days annual leave Work-from-home setup Stable, non-sales role focused on customer service If you’re dependable, enjoy helping people, and would like to join our team, we’d love to hear from you.
